Guidelines
The requirements for travel post-Covid19 – both domestically and internationally - are constantly changing. Countries are continually updating their border requirements, as are the prerequisites to travel with airlines, cruiselines and tour providers. Travel insurance companies are also reviewing and amending their Covid-19 provisions. We receive regular communiques directly from all our travel and insurance providers with any changes, ensuring we have the most current information.
When we book your travel arrangements, we will check the Covid-19 related requirements for your trip – for departure, any transits, any stopovers and the country you are travelling to, and then the same for your return trip home. Because of the changing nature of the rules, we will continue to monitor Covid-19 requirements while you are away and advise you of any changes to our initial advice.
When you receive your airline tickets, cruise and/or tour booking documentation we will provide this Covid-19 information with your travel wallet in addition to discussing this with you directly. Additionally, we work with the NZ-based PCR saliva testing company, Rako Science, and can assist with making the booking for your PCR test ensuring you receive the result within the timeframe required by the relevant travel provider.
All of the above additional work, essential with every booking, is included in our service fees we charge on every booking.
